Join us for the 28th Annual Andover Family Fun Fest Craft & Gift Show on Saturday July 13th!


The Craft & Gift Show will be held July 13th from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm inside the Andover YMCA Community Center Field House.  It is indoors, air-conditioned, and in a prime location.  Your craft or gift booth will be a pipe and draped 10’ x 10’ space, which will include a sign with your business name. 

Andover Family Fun Fest has many different activities planned at Andover City Hall Complex again this year including a parade, food vendors, street dances, community booths, Magic Bounce Fun Zone, fireworks, bingo and much more. 


Registrations for the Craft & Gift Show will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will also be juried.  If due to space and/or craft type availability your registration is denied, you will receive a full refund.  NOTE: The Andover Family Fun Fest Craft & Gift committee reserves the right to ask any vendor who has misrepresented items for sale to leave the show and forfeit the registration fee. 


2024 Rules & Regulations


Application Process:

  1. Applications must be complete, signed and accompanied by the appropriate fees and forms. Post-dated checks and incomplete applications will NOT be processed.

  2. All applicants must submit at least two photos of their craft.

    1. A. Each photo must be labeled clearly with the vendor’s name, and must be a good representation of all of the work which will be displayed. A paper print-out is acceptable.

    2. Photos will not be returned.

  3. Return completed application with your name and return address clearly printed on the envelope.


Application Review Process:

Crafter applications will be evaluated by the AFFF Craft & Gift Show committee

We will not provide reasons for non-acceptance of an applicant. -Please be aware of this condition before applying. If an applicant is not accepted, the application fee will be returned.

Vendors must have completed and signed the application. -The vendors’ signature, on the application, indicates that they have read, and agree to abide by, the event rules and regulations


Vendors will be allowed to set-up Friday, July 12th from 5 pm – 7 pm and Saturday, July 13th from

8 am – 9:30 am.  All registered vendors will receive a confirmation letter via email with specific set-up information and parking details.

Direct Sales Vendor Applications 

Please read the vendor list BEFORE filling out the request form.  If the direct sales company you represent is already listed then the space for that company has already been filled. Applications are filled on a first come-first served basis.  You may still fill out the form as a wait-list only request in the event that the space becomes available. Please do not send an application or money unless you receive an email stating to do so. Please note, filling out this form does not guarantee a space for the show unless you receive a confirmation email.
